All our bedrooms with en suite bathrooms ( private shower, bathtub, and toilet) are spacious and comfortable. Each room has high quality bed linen, which will ensure you sweet and peaceful nights.
We've named our 5 guestrooms after either a town (St Jean de Luz), or a village (Sare, Ascain, Guéthary) of the basque coast which we particularly like.
All our rates are for one night and do not include the local tourist tax.
Rooms are ready to occupy by 5PM on your day of arrival.

We're sorry but we do not allow guests to bring pets of any sort in the house.

Named after one of the most beautiful villages on the french basque coast, this cosy and spacious B&B room (21m²) for two with en-suite private bathroom and toilet . This room offers our guests 2 big twin beds (110cm x200cm), a wardrobe, dressing table, a desk, and 2 cupboards. Patio doors open to our terrace (which is not private) and where you can relax in our garden furniture.

Ascain is a village situated between St Pée sur Nivelle and St Jean de Luz. Ascain queen size bed and breakfast room offers a desk and wardrobe. Private bathroom and toilet.

Patio doors open on a private rooftop deck with garden furniture, a perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the views on the river and countryside.

Breakfast is served in here in our lovely common breakfast room. We serve french continental breakfasts with homemade jams, but no cooked foods, such as eggs and bacon.
Breakfast is served between 8h30AM and 9h30AM.Depending on the time of the year and our schedule, this timetable can be flexible. In the breakfast room you'll find games, pack of cards, books, and a 3000l fish tank with African Cichlides (I didn't have enough water outside).
